Snow is melting here, and drops are dripping off the leaves.Feels like its raining. But I guess birds here, love this season.Just now a small birdie crash landed on my window pane with a heavy thud sound..I thought like Gosh..poor thing and ran to see,but then it just shook its body and started pecking on the snow,as if nothing happened..Funny strong bird..:p
Roads are still icy,but we are planning to go for a shopping now.Hope its not that bad. After all its our first X'mas here.Cant just let it got like that..Its been a few days since we stepped out,so dunno how the X'mas celebs is pepping out there.Last night I made this,Chilli Chicken fry.The motivation was the flavorful reminiscence of a Chicken Lollipop dish, that my dad used to buy for me ,back at kerala. It was from a small fast food shop in Kochi. But I have never tasted it again, anywhere else.Bit sweet yet spicy n juicy.I was craving for it since long, and tried to reproduce it yesterday.I cant say I did full justice to that one,yet this would do really good as wonderful starter or nice side dish..:)
