Spicy Pepper Chicken ..!

This is my first Thanksgiving here.We are not planning for any celeb's though. We thought initially about Turkey roast. But then, we both don't like Turkey meat,Chicken is much tastier. So we skipped that, tomorrow mebe we'll go for some Thanksgiving shopping and eat outside. We are planning for some trips n travels for the coming days.So I thought I'll make a post ,before the break.Initially I thought of an excuse of not having good pics in hand. But then, somehow made up my mind to post this.I told in the beginning about chicken ,so let chicken be today's special.
Item is Pepper Chicken Roast, which is indeed a delicious dish, that goes well with anything.Spice Level should be adjusted according to your tolerance level. The pic is an old one and not so good..chorryy..:(

Chicken 1 Pd
Onions 1 -2 cup neatly sliced
Tomatoes 1 no
Green Chillies 6 nos sliced
Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2+1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Pepper Powder 2+2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves

Marinate the chicken with 2 tsp pepper powder, half Tbspn fresh G-g paste ,salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for an hour.Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker for sometime.Don't overcook it,just half cooked chicken is what we need. Now take a pan, pour some oil and add the curry leaves. After a few seconds add the Onions with ginger garlic paste(freshly grounded ginger and garlic are always the best) and green chillies.Saute nicely till it turns pink.Add Tomatoes and saute well. Now you can add Coriander powder and pepper powder with some salt.Saute really well and now add the half cooked chicken, with that juicy broth inside the cooker.(Don't waste that).Close the pan and cook well till the gravy really dries up.Now open the pan,Saute in high heat.Add some curry leaves mashed in some oil and saute for a minute. At this stage you can taste and if the spice level is ok,can sprinkle some more pepper powder over it.Add some chopped Coriander leaves, and bingo the pepper chicken roast is readyy..:)
