Spicy Chilly Prawns..

Prawns has always been in ma fav-list..I love to indulge in it..be it any form..fry,roast,authentic styles..anything..I had never tried anything Chinese with Prawns,always sticked to "nadan" recipes..But this time for his birthday,when I made some Biriyani,I needed some medium Spicy dish to go with it and Salad..So I made this dish,its similar to chilli chicken dish tho the prawns give a different flavor..Even though with Biriyani it was not a great combo,the dish was awesome and went well with hot Roti's..




Prawns 3/4 lb
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Slice onions 1/2 cup
Black Pepper powder 2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce 1/2 tbsp
CornFlour 1.5 tbsp
All purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Spring Onions
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil



Clean and devein the prawns.Marinate it with salt and pepper powder and refrigerate for sometime.Mix beaten egg,all purpose flour,cornflour and add it to the marinated prawns.Heat oil in a pan and fry prawns.Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and saute onions with ginger-garlic paste and bit of salt.Once the onions turn pink add soysauce,half of chilli sauce and saute.After some time add lil water and once it is boiled,add fries prawns.Add tomato sauce and little pepper powder and saute.Mix 1 tbsp cornflour woth water and add to the gravy.Stir and add leaves for garnishing.Spicy Chilli prawns is ready..:) StumbleUpon
