Dry Chicken Roast Aka Nadan Kozhi Varattiyathu...!!!

Today was one of those Crave-over-chicken days..Once we stepped out of Office bus and saw chicken shop,we knew instantly ,that this is gonna be a chick-day..:D..But I was in no mood for a detailed cooking..So we decided to buy quarter kilo chicken and make some easy-breezy roast dish.
n then I thought about this dish.I dunno ..I cant say an exact courtesy for this dish.I have seen n heard this from many people.read it in some blogs too..I made a modified my own version. It came out so good n the whole thing was polished off in half an hour..lol.The whole preparation time is some half an hour excluding the marination time.I marinated it as soon as I came home, then kept in freezer, went and did all the changing n stuff n came back n prepared. So the time was not at all lost..
